Assist - Life Stage Transition
Coordination or management of life stages, transitions, and support are among the services offered. offers both short-term and long-term interventions with the goal of enhancing the person’s ability to integrate their resources, support their ability to live at home, and help them participate in their community.
Includes:
- Providing Support
- coordinating the use of funds
- Assistance with homestays and tenancy requirements
- Planning for a life transition that includes peer support, mentoring, and the development of personal skills
- assistance with budgeting, daily planning, and decision-making




Assist Personal Activities
This is an individualized service (for both adults and kids) where your support staff helps you carry out everyday tasks that are pertinent to your needs and support needs.
We can provide the following assistance:
- Cooking
- A trip or shopping
- going to doctor’s visits
- Home assistance in maintaining the yard and garden
Development - Life Skills
The improvement of participants’ capacity to function independently, including services that will strengthen the participant’s capacity to work independently and use public transportation, is the focus of the development of daily living and life skills.
This includes:
- Assistance with social and civic engagement
- Organization of the supporters
- Improved quality of life
- Enhanced connections




Household Tasks
Many people with disabilities are unable to clean their homes on their own because of their restricted mobility.
At ECD Service, we provide domestic assistance for people with disabilities.
We support participants in establishing and preserving a safe, secure, and pleasurable living space.
We will assist with worthwhile tasks that the participant is unable to complete, such as:
- Arranging for and distributing food.
- Upkeep of the home or garden.
- Laundry and linen.
- Household cleaning.
Participate Community
Building social inclusion through peer support requires community participation. When interacting socially, participants build trust and independence.
To improve your capacity to run your life and engage in community life on your own, we can offer long- or short-term help. To assist you in attending appointments and taking part in social events, you can receive assistance connecting with service providers and neighborhood groups.




Assist - Travel Transport
Participants can develop their independence in travel through the NDIS.
Assistance with travel and transportation to enable individuals who lack access to alternative modes of transportation to reach their community, place of employment, or place of education.
For participants who require assistance traveling, transportation services may also include the reasonable and necessary costs of taxis or other private transportation options.
Only participants are eligible for transportation assistance; family, caregivers, or service providers are not included.
Community Nursing Care
We offer participants with complex medical and physical needs community nursing care. In order to continue living a secure, independent, and healthy lifestyle in the comfort of your home, we make every effort to suit your clinical and personal needs.

- Medication Administration
- Management of Wounds
- Insulin administration
- Assistance with personal care
- Showering
- Encourage going to appointments
- Support for challenging behavior
- After-surgery care
- Support for rehabilitation
- Overall health assessment
- Continuous nursing care
- Following hospitalization
- Palliative assistance
- Respiratory assistance
- Care and management of catheters
- Stress and challenging wound care
- Management of diabetes
- 24-hour care
- Measurement of blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and blood sugar
- IV antibiotic administration during PEG feeding
- Stoma and complex bowel care




Accommodation and Tenancy
Depending on the situation and each person’s goals, the following case preparation and practical assistance may be provided:
- Assisting participants to review or develop housing goals
- Collaborating with DHHS, landlords, or property managers to identify challenges to preserving tenancies at risk
- Deciding on and implementing strategies to maintain the current tenancy
- Looking over several housing options
- Assisting with private renting application processes
- Assistance with DHHS rental application submission
- Helping participants acquire DHHS Bond Loans and house requirements
- Assistance with budgeting
- Collaborating with utility providers and assisting with utility relief grants
- Possibility of locating more independent, long-term homes
Supported Independent Living (SIL):
In order to help all of its clients live confident, independent lives in a joyful, healthy, and secure home environment, ECD Services is a leading supplier of Support Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
The client’s independence, comfort, and safety are all guaranteed by ECD Services. We give care in our houses around-the-clock. In order to create a loving living environment where our clients feel safe, understood, and free of their choices, supporting independence, ECD Services carefully tailors your support team based on your needs, preferences, personality, and interests.
Our support services include:
